Employee in payroll/financial accounting full-time (m/f/d) or part-time
Your tasks:
- Recording and maintenance of working hours in the time recording program
- Preparation of timely and accurate payroll and salary statements
- Monthly tax declarations such as VAT advance return
- Preparation of documents, evaluations (BWA), statistics, monthly reports for management
- Travel expense accounting
- Contact person for health insurance companies, pension insurance and professional associations
- Accounts payable/receivable accounting, fixed asset accounting
- Settlement of intra-community deliveries
- Contact person for tax consultants
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of finance
- Experience in payroll and salary accounting, accounts payable/receivable accounting, fixed asset accounting
- Independent, structured and deadline-oriented work style
- IT skills (DATEV), MS Office modules
