DISPATCHER

PLD Associates, Inc. is an HVAC Commercial service company looking for an experienced dispatcher to receive customer service calls and dispatch appropriate team members.


Requirements:


Must be detail oriented and self-motivated with the ability to self-direct priorities. Maintain Customer and team relations. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Previous working experience as a
  DISPATCHER or similar role preferred

-Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

-Analytical thinking and ability to problem-solve

-Strong organizational skills

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702: Relocate before starting work (required)
