Who are we:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with product inquiries including but not limited to: installation, fitment, warranty, correct product selection and general product calls.
Daily use of a CRM database to log all calls and create tech cases when needed
Communicate and work with Engineering and Category teams on product updates
Understand and stay current with the full range of Magnaflow Group's products

What you need:

Automotive knowledge and experience a must; experience and/or knowledge of exhaust systems is a +
Professional verbal and written communication skills along with phone etiquette
Excellent computer & typing skills
Good organization and prioritizing along with the ability to follow through on all tasks to completion
Able to work independently; selfmotivated; detailoriented
Problem solving and time management skills
Quick learner, able to work in a fast paced environment

Physical requirements:

Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally.

These duties may be expanded, deleted or changed at any time per management's discretion.
