The IB Baden, as part of the Internationaler Bund, is a modern service provider in the fields of vocational training, further education, qualification, and social work. The IB Baden works closely with businesses, service companies, municipalities, states, and the employment agency.

The Internationaler Bund has developed a systematically interconnected concept of various support measures and projects in the field of social work, specifically tailored to the needs of young people aged 6-27 years. These include various measures and projects in the fields of integration and education, language courses, and voluntary services.

The IB Baden offers various programs for completing a voluntary service. Young people can complete a youth voluntary service (FSJ or FÖJ) after completing full-time schooling until the age of 27. With the Federal Voluntary Service (BFD), there is also the opportunity for people of all ages to volunteer.
