As Columbia Sportswear's Total Rewards Analyst, you will be responsible for the support of day-to-day activities in the administration and analysis of global benefits and compensation programs.
You will support the global team through systems and programs tied to benefits, equity, base salary, bonus, market pricing, and reporting.
Howyou'llmake a DifferencePartner with the global Total Rewards team to support survey administration, annual review process, open enrollment, etc.
Build and maintain tracking models for global support and apply mathematical methodologies for data analysis around global benefits and trends
Support international total rewards strategy with analysis, coordinating with vendors as needed
Assists with program delivery and implementation
Perform audits and analysis of existing and potential programs
YOU ARE

YOUHAVE
Bachelor's Degree specializing in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2-4 years' experience in total rewards, benefits or related scope of work
Proven skill in Excel, Word, Power Point
