- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different scale levels to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, costs, margins, schedules, scope, and quality, while managing customer expectations for projects ranging from $200k to $3M.
- Develop detailed project estimates to accurately forecast resources and timelines.
- Lead the development and troubleshooting of PLC & HMI code as required, adapting to various systems used by clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Department to enhance customer relationships and effectively present project scopes, designs, and other relevant data.
- Actively participate in job walks, start-ups, commissioning, and project close-out meetings.
- Manage installations at customer sites, including comprehensive oversight of all subcontractors, which may include electrical, controls, and mechanical teams.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or over 7 years of experience in system integration project management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading controls and integration projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong focus on job cost analysis, budget management, time and schedule management, resource management, and scope management.
- Strong leadership skills in electrical, controls, and mechanical project areas.
- Previous roles as a Controls or Mechanical Engineer preferred.
- Experience with robotics systems such as Fanuc, ABB, and Kuka is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
