Description

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.
  • Payroll, Payroll taxes
  • Monthend reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries
  • General Ledger maintenance
  • Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files
  • Will report directly to the President of the company.
  • Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.
  • Assist the President with any personal management needs.

Qualifications:


  • Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
  • Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientationAbility to work with mínimal supervision
Additional/Enhanced Qualifications

  • 24 years of small business experience

Compensation:
$ $20.00 per hour
