Job Description

We are currently seeking a Residential Maintenance Associate to join our team You will be responsible for completing daily work tasks as assigned to you.

Responsibilities:

Complete daily work tasks as assigned and report back to the team as you complete items.

Daily Work Examples:

Raking up Leaves and fallen twigs and branches from trees.
Using leaf blower as needed.
Collect any garbage on the property and place it into garbage bags.
Digging a ditch in clay with shovel and pickaxe to prepare for various tasks suck as stone placement or concrete placement.
All garbage is taken out into the receptacle and placed on the curb for pickup weekly.
Picking up job site after other teammates making sure job site is always clean and tidy.
Using a pressure washer to clean asphalt, concrete and stone.
Gather any excess debris from the construction site or ongoing work projects.
Sweeping up or collecting any construction dust for disposal.
Helping Masonry teams move materials around the property as needed.
Loading and unloading materials from trucks or deliveries as needed.
Cutting up cardboard boxes and placing them organized near trash bin for pickup.
Use a Pool Skimmer to clear the pool of any fallen leaves or debris.
Use stone cleaner to clear any white construction dust from completed stonework.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required.
The ability to handle a physical workload is important.
Must want to work. Willing to learn and ask questions when not sure. Very important. We will teach this person how to handle anything their job requires.
Willing to learn and follow directions, detail-oriented is a plus.
Clean and organized.
Willing and able to work outdoors and don't mind getting dirty as needed with mud, Clay or dust from construction.
