General Summary

Provides support, installation, maintenance and repair for computer hardware and peripherals for assigned units.

Major Duties

Coordinates, troubleshoots and performs basic repairs for hardware and peripherals issues.
Assists endusers with instructional equipment in computer labs, classrooms and conference rooms.
Assists with operational tasks, unitspecific systems and networkrelated duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or two years' college coursework in a related field from an accredited institution.
One year's relevant experience.
End user support experience.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical requirements and working conditions

Office or other indoor work with mínimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
