Roles and Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new solar power customers and maintaining existing clients in the EU. This individual will have the opportunity to specialize in the expanding market of PV projects and distributors in the solar industry. They will navigate complex industries to find project and client opportunities.
- Deliver sales and contribution targets for the European region, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, etc.
- Maintain and establish customer relationships, expand existing relationships, and develop new customers.
- Manage communication with key customers to understand their needs and collaborate with HQ or regional teams to meet those needs.
- Assist the sales director in major overseas projects.
- Implement the company's KPI assessment mechanism to ensure effective control of sales and profits.
- Attend exhibitions and summits in the region to market the brand and discover new customers.
- Identify, generate, and maintain relationships with key customers in the market, such as IPP/owners/developers, EPCs, consultants, distributors, and local installers.
- Monitor tender opportunities and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities in different segments.
