We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Fulfillment Manager to oversee our order fulfillment operations in our Norwood Location.


Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support.

Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.

Each patient is treated with professionalism, understanding, and attentive service.

We care about our customers, work closely with the medical community, and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best care possible.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the fulfillment process and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials.
  • Manage order processing and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order status, and shipping activity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Train and supervise fulfillment staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to meet customer needs and resolve issues.

Requirements:


  • Associate's degree in business, logistics, or a related field required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in fulfillment management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of fulfillment processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
