- Verify insurance coverage across various types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, Worker's Comp)
- Conduct insurance benefit inquiries
- Handle Prior Authorizations for over 15 physicians working across multiple hospitals and Ambulatory surgery centers
- Engage with patients to discuss financial obligations
- Ensure collection of all patient financial duties before surgeries
- Prior experience in Authorization processes
- Familiarity with Allscripts software is advantageous
- Background in Urology is a bonus
- Access to reliable transportation
- Superb interpersonal skills
