Job Summary:
The Buffalo Spot seeks a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations.

As a District Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and profitability of each area within your assigned district.

This leadership role requires strategic planning, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive results.


Managing area, Los Angeles and Riverside

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership and guidance to general managers and team members
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute company initiatives
  • Manage profit loss by monitoring expenses and implementing costsaving measures
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of general managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a multiunit restaurant role, managing multiple locations
  • Strong strategic planning and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Proficient in project management principles
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
Up to $80,000.00 per year
