We are currently seeking a Property and Liability Field Adjuster in Tulsa, OK, and surrounding areas. Candidates with experience in on-scene truck accident investigation are preferred. Individuals with backgrounds in Law Enforcement are encouraged to apply as we provide training.
Main Responsibilities:
As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, estimating, evaluating, negotiating, and reporting property and casualty claims, both in-office and in the field.
Requirements:
To qualify, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, prior experience in property and casualty claims adjusting, an OK adjuster's license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills are also essential.
Location and Tools:
This role involves work both indoors and outdoors. Candidates must be able to drive, operate digital equipment like cameras, smartphones, calculators, and digital recorders.
Interactions:
Adjusters will liaise with the Branch Manager, other colleagues, and external parties like clients, claimants, and legal professionals.
Duties Include:
Some of the main responsibilities include conducting field activities, preparing reports, communicating with clients, analyzing damages, negotiating settlements, and participating in marketing efforts.
