We are seeking anExecutive Assistant on a _
contract basis _to support our Customer's business needs. This role will be supporting one lead broker.
However that Broker does have a team that reports under them so there will be needs that come from other individuals on that team.
This role isonsite in Newport Beach, CA.
Note:

What You'll Do:
- Event planning
- Scheduling meetings
- Client management
- Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties
- Create, maintain, and/or update various databases
- Extrapolate, analyze, and present data for management information reporting purposes
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required
- Lead and monitor issues for appropriate follow up
- Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison between departments
- Plan, coordinate, and support meeting and conferences
Must-haves:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast pace executive assistant environment:

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency:
-
Strong experience supporting high level individuals:
Any Real Estate experience would be a huge plus:
Experience handling sensitive information:
- Can support a fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills
- Very professional demeanor
- Dependable
Job Type:
Contract
Pay:
Up to $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Executive assistant: 3 years (required)
