Lloyd Roofing has an immediate opening for a Commercial Estimator. We are a well-established and highly respected roofing company that serves the Southwest Florida area. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, customer focused roofing experience that builds relationships that last.

• Manage bid schedules to ensure timely submission of roofing bids
• Submit RFI's and communicate with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders regarding roofing projects
• Perform roof surveys and core sampling as required
• Complete quantitative takeoffs and preparing final estimates for review by Estimating Management
• Write highquality professional proposals for bid submissions

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Commercial Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems including but not limited to Shingle, Tile, Metal, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Liquid Applied Roofing
• Understand invitations to bid / requests for proposals
• Understand construction plans (blueprints) and project manuals (specifications)
• Valid Florida Driver's License with good driving record

Pay:
$65, $105,000.00 per year
