  • Supervise, oversee, and plan all activities related to inventory control in the organization.
  • Support all regional and branch offices with inbound and outbound orders.
  • Support Office Managers, General Managers and Project Managers with monthly, quarterly, and yearend physical inventories.
  • Assist with researching and resolving inventory variances and discrepancies.
  • Assist with receiving and updating purchase orders based on delivery tickets.
  • Identify inventory to transfer, slow moving and obsolete products.
  • Provide monthly inventory reporting.
  • Maintain inventory count integrity.
  • Provide necessary documentation for yearend inventory audits.
  • Provide leadership and a support role for the development of Sage purchasing and inventory software.
  • Update and distribute the company's physical inventory process, documentation, and schedule.

Qualifications Experience**- 3-5 Years proven knowledge of inventory and purchasing.

  • Functional, analytical trouble shooting, and problemsolving skills.
  • Inventory and audit reporting experience.
  • Inventory researching and discrepancy resolution.

Ability to work overtime and weekends.
