Bellevue Investments GmbH & Co. KGaA is an international and diversified investment company with a focus on IT and real estate. In our Planning and Construction department, we realize construction projects of various sizes in the residential and commercial sectors.

Currently, we are planning two residential buildings in Potsdam with approximately 4,000 m2 to begin construction in 2023 and 2,500 m2 to begin construction in 2024.

All essential planning, bidding, and construction management are carried out by our in-house team. The management and rental of the properties will also be handled internally.

Responsibilities:

Project management of new construction and expansion projects
Coordination and processing of approval procedures
Active control and monitoring of costs and deadlines
Correspondence and contract management
Coordination with specialist planners, authorities, and third parties

Qualifications:

Relevant completed education or degree
First professional experience in the field
Passion, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
Native German language skills and good communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
