As the Part Time Front Desk Receptionist, you will roll out the red carpet as you greet children and families and ensure safe drop off and pick up procedures are followed.

POSITION
Kids Klub is hiring a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist for its Pasadena location Wednesday through Sunday.

This is a great position for someone who is looking for a part-time jobbeing around children, gaining great experience and being in a fun and positive setting.

HOURS
This is a part-time position with the following scheduled hours:

• Wednesdays: 3:30pm7:00pm_
• Thursdays: 3:30pm7:00pm_
• Fridays: 3:30pm9:00pm_
• Saturdays: 7:45am3:15pm_
• Sundays: 9:45am4:45pm_

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Be friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Be extremely responsible, dependable and safety conscious
• Have at least 1 year Front Desk Administrative Assistant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet children, staff and families in a positive, professional, and developmentally appropriate manner
• Effective answering and directing of incoming calls by verbal or written message in a timely manner
• Personable reception of all visitors, parents & children. Ensuring visitors are dealt with in an efficient manner with a minimum waiting time
