    Senestech develops, manufactures, and sells Evolve, a soft bait, fertility control, non-lethal, pest management alternative for rat populations, along with our product, EPA registered ContraPest, a liquid bait option.

    About the role

    Production AssociateFull-time M-F, hourly, On-siteStarting rate: $24.00/ hour

    This role is located at our manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, just east of the I-17, near W. Pinnacle Peak Road and N. 19th Avenue. It is an on-site position that requires reliable transportation, Monday-Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm. No weekends.

    What you"ll do

    Ensure compliance of all products, materials, parts, and documentation with company specifications and quality standards. Conduct equipment set-up, dismantling, and maintenance to guarantee readiness for production. Carry out regular sanitization of areas.Maintain an inventory of supplies and items, ensuring availability for production and shipping. Execute quality control measures, adhere to reporting and record-keeping procedures, and communicate any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment, adhering to established safety regulations.

    Qualifications Needed

    • Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years of age due to safety requirements of the position
    • Intermediate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in different unit measurements.
    • Able to stand for at least 8 hours a day.
    • Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction.
    • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to follow processes meticulously step by step, ensuring minimal errors.
    • Ability to be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds as part of a team, frequently during the workday.
    • Ability to work in loud noise level areas, wearing the required proper hearing protection.
    • Ability to be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move around frequently throughout the workday with minimal accommodation as this is an intensive labor position.
    The Ideal CandidatePrior experience in any of the following:
    • working in a manufacturing or production facility
    • operating a forklift
    • shipping and receiving or inventory
    What we offer:Our compensation package for this role includes a starting rate of pay at $24.00/hour, with eligibility for comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision starting the 1st day of the month after your start date. We offer a generous time off package, company paid holidays, and 40 hours of sick time per year.
