Schedule:
M-F 11:00am - 8:00pm


This is a hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by answering calls from internal and external customers for general information, addressing and resolving concerns or questions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
  • Provide website support including troubleshooting issues and administer guidance on website features
  • Assist with customer orders, process sales and returns

Other Job Duties:

  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, assist with complex customer inquiries, and contribute to a supportive team environment focused on achieving collective goals
  • Contribute to achieving or surpassing team goals and targets
  • Maintain reliable transportation to work inoffice and ensure stable internet when working remote
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and guidelines related to customer service, data privacy and security

Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Must be well organized, detailoriented and have excellent timemanagement skills
  • Ability to react well in a fastpaced environment & follow through on commitments
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Capacity to quickly learn company systems, platforms and processes
  • Skilled in digital literacy including Microsoft Office

Pay Range:

$ $19.04


_ Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles _OR
_ Hourly for all other roles._
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
