Position:
New Products Developer (Korean Speaking)

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and sourcing of new beauty care products and accessories.
Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and design departments to align product development with business strategies.
Conduct continuous market research to identify new trends, ideas, and opportunities in the beauty industry.
Develop strong relationships with both overseas and domestic vendors and manufacturers.
Ensure product development aligns with company goals, quality standards, and market demands.

Required Skills / Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a proficient typing speed.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with overseas and domestic vendors/manufacturers.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is a must.
Fluent in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

Job Type:
Full-time

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Compensation:
$25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
