Qualifications:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquiring new customers nationwide and worldwide
Independent management of existing customers and development of potential customers
Negotiating contract terms and calculating orders
Acting as a liaison between customers and freelancers
Motivating and managing external employees
Complying with legal requirements and XXL|MONTAGESERVICE GmbH & Co. KG quality standards
Contributing to the continuous optimization of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE

You have a commercial education or a university degree
You have experience as a sales/ personnel dispatcher
You have strong persuasive skills and excellent communication abilities
You possess strong entrepreneurial thinking and have a sense for the market
You have the ability to develop longterm customer relationships
You are structured, successoriented, and able to work independently, with a flexible mindset
You have good computer skills and a valid driver's license
