Tasks and Process

As a mechatronics technician, you are a specialist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of complex mechatronic machines, systems, and production systems. You will be responsible for tasks in the areas of mechanics, electronics, and information technology. As mechatronic systems continue to gain importance, this profession is future-oriented and offers excellent opportunities for a successful career. During your apprenticeship, you will learn to work independently on electrical and mechanical systems. Metalworking and electrical engineering, as well as the basics of hydraulics, pneumatics, and control technology, are also part of your curriculum.
