BENEFITS/PAY RANGE

  • The starting pay is
    $20 (based on education/experience), and mileage compensation and partial cell phone reimbursement are also provided.
  • Benefits include medical health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekends off
  • Preferred hours
    :8:30 to 2:30 pm/ 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job description
Clear Motivations is looking for talented visual storyteller to join our team as a Videographer/Editor in our Anaheim office.

The role is an integral part of our growing video department, shooting, creating, and editing content for Clear Motivations website and social platforms.

This is multi-faceted position involving editing short and long-form video, and shooting video content including updating training videos, program events, participant interviews and more


CM is looking for a team player who is comfortable working with one of our program's participants in showing them the Ins and outs of videography and editing.


THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION

Responsibilities:


  • Must be Enthusiastic and Motivating
  • Attendance and punctuality is a must
  • Must be able to work alongside a participant in the program (training is provided).
  • Must cope with sudden changes and be flexible
  • Shoot various video needs for CM
  • Edit and deliver CM video features for digital and social platforms.
  • Reformat and deliver videos for various social media.
  • Collaborate with program staff in planning video shoots and support CM event production needs during editing and postproduction.
  • Digital media management

Qualifications:


  • Should have at least 2 years of videography and editing experience in both long and shortform video.
  • An eye for creative storytelling and creative shooting and editing
  • Ability to operate a camera and audio for a solo shoot or work seamlessly with a team of videographers.
  • Experience using Premiere for video editing and ability to create dynamic graphics for videos.
  • Experience in editing creative, sophisticated, engaging entertainment video stories.
Self-starter who can work with and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus
  • Possess a valid California Driver's license and liability insurance.
  • Pass a background check.
