    As we continue to double our growth year over year, we are looking for a dynamic, aggressive, and experienced COO/VP of Operations to join our executive leadership team.

    The COO/VP of Operations at will play a critical role in scaling our operations to support our rapid growth.

    This executive will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, retention, margins, HR, operations, and business development divisions.

    Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals, with a focus on maintaining high retention rates and employee satisfaction.

    Spearhead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities, expand client relationships, and secure strategic partnerships.

    Collaborate with the CEO and other executive team members to set company policies, establish long-term goals, and drive the company's strategic direction.

    Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all operations.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

    Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

    Agile and adaptive, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
