Description
Identify areas of concern in Collection Practices and assist Dealership by providing assistance and training staff. Provide quality control monitoring of Dealership Collection practices by monitoring Dealership/Customer communications.Mend relationships with Customers and work to establish a collaborative relationship between the Customer and Dealership in respect to their specific account(s).
Schedule Personal Visits (PVs) for Dealership Account Representatives, communicate scheduled visits and update shared spreadsheet daily.Collaborate and report to your supervisor any need to coordinate with other stakeholders or departments to ensure communication adheres t company standards and practices, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Answer incoming text messages or calls from customers who are late on their payments. Scheduling an appointment at the dealership and communicating with dealership what the appropriate resolution should be.Working to resolve the issue ourselves and communicate the resolution to the appropriate dealership Assist with additional campaigns as assigned by field operations to assist struggling dealerships to establish solid collections practices.
Assist in identifying other lot level issues that may be contributing to the collections issues and communicate those issues to the appropriate department.
Follow company policies and procedures and support the companys mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics. Daily attendance is required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Associates, customers, and vendors both in person and using a telephone.Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of diverse situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Certificates, Licenses, RegulationsValid Drivers License with acceptable driving record.
Computer OperationsBasic personal computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Be able to master the Companys purchased commercial and Company specific software.
Planning/OrganizationHandle multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands Occasionally under 1/3 of the time required to bend; twist; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
