    About the Role

    The Accounts Payable Specialist III is a key customer service position within Uber Freight. This position is responsible for requesting customer accessorial charges and communicating internally with Operations teams to maintain compliance.

    What the Candidate Will Do
    • Submit all accessorial requests for Freight Services, including satellite offices according to contractual customer agreements
    • Report carrier pay discrepancies on a weekly basis to ensure funds owed are collected
    • Report missing or duplicated customer charges including fuel, lumper charges, etc on a monthly basis
    • Provide support for Operations teams as related to carrier communications and discrepancy resolution
    • Maintain up-to-date customer business rules, policies and procedures
    • Monitor internal systems and email for new request notifications to ensure submission within 24hrs
    Basic Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • 1-2 years of related experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    • 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Tools or similar applications
