- Submit all accessorial requests for Freight Services, including satellite offices according to contractual customer agreements
- Report carrier pay discrepancies on a weekly basis to ensure funds owed are collected
- Report missing or duplicated customer charges including fuel, lumper charges, etc on a monthly basis
- Provide support for Operations teams as related to carrier communications and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain up-to-date customer business rules, policies and procedures
- Monitor internal systems and email for new request notifications to ensure submission within 24hrs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Tools or similar applications
