Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.


Duties:


  • Greet customers entering the establishment
  • Scan items, provide pricing, and accept payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Bag or wrap purchases for customers
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate amounts

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role
  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfactionoriented
  • High school degree

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience handling cash transactions
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
