The city of Oelde is seeking a Youth Welfare Planner (m/f/d) to join our Youth Services Department by the end of the first half of the year.

The position will be directly assigned to the department head due to its high level of control relevance.

Your responsibilities:

Determining the current status of facilities, services, measures, and offerings in the field of youth welfare
Identifying needs in collaboration with those affected and independent organizations
Planning demandoriented measures and offerings in the field of youth welfare, as well as project management for the implementation of individual projects and focus topics
Steering and participating in planning processes in coordination with the department head
Professional controlling and data analysis in coordination with financial planning
Discipline and crossdepartmental networking with other planning areas
Taking minutes at the Youth Welfare Committee meetings

Changes or adjustments to the assignment of tasks are generally reserved.

Qualifications:

Expectations:

Extensive knowledge and many years of practical experience in the fields of outpatient youth welfare, social services, and youth welfare planning
Methodological skills: moderation and group leadership, ability to present results and manage networks
Very proficient in common office software (especially MS Office products) and willingness to acquire knowledge of specialized software
Cooperative, motivating, and teamoriented attitude, as well as conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation skills
