Job Summary

  • Welcome Guests and promptly attend to tables
  • Serve Food and Beverages to guests making recommendations and presenting the menu in a professional manner.
  • Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests and restrictions.
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Check in the guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
  • Clean tables, reset tables, complete opening and/or closing duties and restocking as required.
  • Assist with In Room Dining and stocking the Oasis on each floor, as needed and requested by a manager.
