To strengthen our specialist department for operations in Central Hesse, we are looking for an engineer (m/f/d) to lead the Wächtersbach road maintenance depot as soon as possible.

What to expect:

Management of personnel tasks
Development and implementation of annual work plans as well as control of task completion and resource consumption for road maintenance services
Ensuring traffic safety, winter maintenance, and environmental and disaster protection
Exercise of official and technical supervision to monitor task completion in terms of quality and quantity
Conducting pre and postcalculations
Ensuring and implementing organizational measures for ongoing optimization of work processes in the depot
Ensuring occupational safety
Coordination with third parties and traffic authorities
Participation in the practical and theoretical training of trainees at Hessen Mobil
Representation of the interests of Hessen Mobil
Road and traffic management in public
