Description
Join the M-1 team to work in a clean, modern, high-tech job shop with all newer machinery and equipment where you will work to inspect and control quality of prototype and short run production quantities.
Positions Available: 1st Shift, 6:00AM-4:30PM
Duties for this Quality inspector include working independently to measure precision, close tolerance, machined components according to engineering drawing specifications.
- Carl Zeiss CMM's with Calypso programming skills with ability to setup and operate required.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints with GD&T.
- Programming experience using CAD models required.
- Experience with AS9100 and ISO quality procedures and AS9102 First Article Inspection required.
- Experience with articulating head (5Axis) a strong plus.
- Use verbal and written skills to measure and ensure parts conform to requirements and communicate with manufacturing team.
- Experience with both CMMs and other measurement equipment required.

Pay:
