Teacher / Social Worker / Educator (m/f/d) as Site Manager (approx. hours/week)

Permanent Position, Part-Time · Hersbruck, Johannes-Scharrer-Realschule

Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation and continuous development of the pedagogical concept
  • Planning and execution of the pedagogical daily routine (design of pedagogical free play time, supervision during homework time, supervision during lunch)
  • Assuming leadership/administrative tasks
  • Contact person for students, parents, and employees
  • Liaison between the company headquarters and the care facility
  • Close cooperation with the school management and teachers

Your Profile

  • You have completed training or a degree in the pedagogical or social pedagogical field or similar
  • You are communicative and reliable
  • You are a team player, but can also work independently
  • You enjoy working with children and teenagers
  • You have professional experience
