- Experience with FDA regulations is mandatory (Minimum 1 year).
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Evaluate target companies' financial health, performance, and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with legal and business development teams for M&A deals.
- Develop financial models to assess acquisitions' impact.
- Coordinate with external advisors and investment banks.
- Analyze credit requirements and assess existing facilities.
- Negotiate with financial institutions to secure increased credit lines.
- Ensure compliance and optimize credit terms.
- Recommendations for credit facilities improvement.
- Primary liaison with banks and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships for favorable terms.
- Explore financial solutions with banking partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends for informed decisions.
- Strategize and execute funding for business growth.
- Analyze fundraising options including equity and debt.
- Prepare business cases and presentations for investors.
- Support investor relations and inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in M&A financing, credit negotiation, and funds raising.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
- Familiarity with government contracting and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
