Your tasks:
After successful training, you will independently take over the purchasing of the assigned beverage assortment. You make decisions about new and delisted products in coordination with the purchasing and branch management. You conduct purchasing negotiations with new and existing suppliers. You design the calculation of the sales prices of your assortment in consultation with the purchasing management. You visit suppliers and participate in tastings, including subsequent quality evaluations. You process and book goods invoices, including invoice control, and carry out other administrative tasks. You acquire new suppliers and products. You optimize the purchasing organization and develop measures for process optimization in purchasing.

Your profile:
Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management. Several years of professional experience in purchasing. Knowledge of the retail industry is desirable. Secure handling of SAP is advantageous
