• Provides overall management and technical expertise for implementation of environmental and safety policy, programs, and compliance assessment program development and implementation. Specializes in hazardous waste and hazardous chemical management, hazardous materials transportation, environmental auditing, permitting, regulatory compliance, pollution prevention, storm water management, and spill prevention contingency planning.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced abilities with Microsoft Office Suite programs. Preparation of formal professional studies, reports, assessments, management plans, data analysis models, and presentations with a focus on concise content and simplicity. 
• Developed statements of work and independent estimates for contractor solicitation to support program expectations.
