During my decade of service in the U.S. Navy, I gained invaluable experience in the medical field, honing my skills in organization, precision, and teamwork in high-pressure environments. Following my military service, I served as a Program Manager, overseeing the budgets for multiple homes in the mental health field, successfully implemented care strategies, managed staff and client relations, optimized staff performance, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

In my role as a Unit Coordinator in a personal care home, I developed and maintained efficient workflows, incorporating, and maintaining a collaborative team environment, and prioritized the needs of residents to deliver exceptional care. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to manage complex operations, develop cohesive teams, and ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
