During my short time as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I gained invaluable hands-on experience providing essential care to residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Working long shifts, I learned the importance of patience, attentiveness, and compassion while assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Additionally, I developed strong observational skills, ensuring that any changes in a resident’s condition were promptly reported to the healthcare team.

Patient Care & Assistance: Provided daily support with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility for residents in a rehab nursing home and home health settings.

Observational Skills: Monitored patients' conditions, reported health changes, and assisted in implementing care plans.

Rehabilitation Support: Assisted residents with physical therapy exercises and mobility to aid recovery and independence.

Safety & Hygiene Maintenance: Ensured a clean, safe living space by following infection control protocols and assisting with personal hygiene.

Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (Howard Community College): Currently pursuing coursework in ultrasound physics, anatomy, and imaging techniques to become a General Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.

Certified Nursing Assistant Program: Completed training with hands-on clinical experience, providing direct patient care in rehabilitation and home health settings.
