I have worked in Automotive Manufacturing for 30 years moving up through the ranks of operator to Operations Manager. In my career I implemented Lean Principles as an Instructor and Coordinator through JIPM/Six Sigma Process. Quality Engineer for several years with Tier One Supplier to MBUSI and Third Party groups. Looking for a new work family where I can grow, learn from and share my passion of Lean and good management practices with.

● Developed and implemented a Lean Manufacturing Process and Road Map, starting with training at JIPM.

● Created and instructed training curriculums for over 300 associates in Core Competency Assessment, 5S Principles, and TPM Autonomous Maintenance.

● Revised company AIDT Program to include 20 hours of 5S and Autonomous Maintenance training for new hires.

● Successfully trained local Tier One Suppliers under MBUSI Improvement Coordinator and Supplier Development Training.

● Received the JIPM Award for TPM Excellence (2003) for significant efficiency improvements and cost savings of over 30 million dollars, journey explained in a 200+ page book.

● Led over 150 associates across 16 assembly and four press lines to achieve daily production targets.

● Implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and downtime countermeasures.

● Coordinated engineering changes with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments.

● Provided daily production reports and facilitated meetings to implement corrective actions using a Score Card Process.

● Developed a database for tracking real-time production efficiencies, promoting Kaizens for Safety, Quality, and Efficiency.
