I have a range of environmental and animal science related research. My most recent internships in the environmental field consisted of different types of conservation projects such as using environmental DNA research to identify different types of marine species and their status, as well as a 3 yearlong project following the population numbers of sting ray and shark species in the Mediterranean. I also have experience in different algae projects, including collection, identification, and assessment of their impact on their surrounding environment. 

I graduated from the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Management: Biodiversity, Conservation, and Ecology. My time at Davis began in the Animal Science major so I have a heavy background on studying all types of animals as well. Other notable classes I took include many variations of ecology classes, including fire ecology and wildlife ecology, climate change classes, environmental policy, coding and map making, and scientific writing classes
