I am a dedicated geologist with over 35 years of experience in the field, specializing in subsurface analysis, geological mapping, and the integration of advanced technologies to improve resource management. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Master’s in Geoscience from Stephen F. Austin University, TX. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles with industry leaders such as Nabors Industries and Weatherford, where I developed a deep expertise in surface logging measurements and drilling efficiency.

My passion lies in understanding and protecting natural resources, making me eager to apply my skills to serve the State of Hawaii. I am particularly interested in contributing to sustainable resource management, environmental conservation, and advancing geological knowledge to support the unique challenges and opportunities Hawaii presents. My experience in analyzing geological data and working with diverse stakeholders makes me well-equipped to support initiatives that protect Hawaii’s environment and promote responsible land use.
