Macy Watson

I graduated from UHV in 2022 and taught for a year. While I loved my students, I found that I would prefer to take a different career path. At the moment, I am looking for anything that may align with the skills I obtained through teaching. In the future, I plan to obtain some certifications in order to further advance my career. 

As a teacher, I taught classes to students at varying levels of attainment, including students requiring Special Education resources and accommodations. I was able to utilize technology, such as interactive whiteboards and online resources, to enhance instruction. I implemented crisis and behavioral interventions to manage complex cases may that be with individual students or the class as a whole.  I was able to maintain a bright, organized and well-kept classroom. I attended regular teacher training to continue professional development.

I have a bachelor's degree in education and graduated magna cum laude.
