  • Manage a team of 10+ individuals to successfully implement EHS programs to 100+ sites in Northern California and NV.
  • Identify required OSHA programs and environmental programs and drive compliance in CA and NV.

  • Manage facilities SPCC plans and updates to ensure compliance with State, Federal and Local regulations. 
  • Audit and assist facilities with compliance to their SPCCP.
  • Perform regular inspections with Local and State officials to ensure facilities were properly follow regulations. 
  • Stormwater Compliance/ Waste Discharge Requirement (WDR) 
  • Manage facilities 10+ Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans. 
  • Certified QISP since 2016 and perform QISP duties such as Level 1, Level 2 Exceedance Response Action.
  • Report, site evaluation and assisted in developing and administering Advanced Stormwater training.
  • Updated and manage WDRs for Landfills and composting operations and assist with proper reporting, inspection, and sampling requirements.

  • Work with facilities and engineering to implement construction projects to improve quality of stormwater discharges.

  • Work directly with site managers across Northern California to assist with DOT, Environmental and OSHA regulations. 
  • Perform regular inspection of facilities for safety, environmental and DOT regulation compliance.
  • Consistently assist individuals with developing ideas and processing to ensure compliance.
  • Permit Compliance 
  • Manage a plethora of permits for facilities to ensure individual compliance for a multitude of onsite operations and activities. 
  • Ensure all activities occurring onsite have the correct applicable permits from the county/city level to federal levels. 
  • TPR/Operations Plans/ Composting Operations Plans/JTDs
  • Manage and update site operating plans ensure LEA and CalRecycle received the correct reporting and requests per each facility’s requirements. 
  • Inspect and ensure facilities are operating to the standards of their plans/programs and performing the required inspections, reports, and documentation. 
  • Regulatory Communication Compliance 
  • Regularly and effectively communicate with the Water Board, Air District, CalRecycle, CUPA, LEA, DTSC and other government entities to ensure regulation compliance for facilities throughout northern California.
