About Vira Siriphanhya:
With six years of nursing experience, including four years in the ICU and two years in Psych - Adult Crisis Stabilization, I have honed a unique blend of skills that allow me to deliver exceptional care in high-pressure and emotionally sensitive environments.
My passion has always been centered on helping people during their most vulnerable moments. In the ICU, I thrived on providing life-saving interventions while supporting patients and families through critical situations. Transitioning into the psychiatric field deepened my understanding of holistic care, allowing me to focus not just on physical health but also on mental and emotional well-being.
Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in acute patient assessment, crisis management, and de-escalation techniques. In the ICU, I mastered skills like ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and rapid response coordination. In behavioral health, I’ve cultivated my ability to establish therapeutic rapport, assess patients in crisis, and implement strategies to stabilize acute psychiatric conditions.
What drives me every day is the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives, whether it’s stabilizing a critical condition in the ICU or guiding someone through a mental health crisis in the psychiatric setting. This blend of experiences has shaped me into a versatile and compassionate nurse, committed to delivering patient-centered care in any environment.
