As an experienced RN with 17 years experience and 6 years of that as a travel nurse . I have worked as a flex nurse in 3 of my travel assignments . I was excited to find that my qualifications and personal strengths align with the organization’s needs and mission. I bring a comprehensive set of skills that as i traveled , I honed my abilities in leadership skills and social skills that provided a firm foundation for caring for patients with complex health concerns    while hospitalized. My communication, people -centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent critical thinking skills.
