Picked up and transported donated food, drink, perishables from manufacturers across CT and NY then back to residence housing on a daily basis to reduce the costs of preparing food for 83 residents.

Inventoried all donated items, stocked, and placed in proper areas so the cook and kitchen staff would be able to identify items quickly to cook meals for the residents Initiated calls to new benefactors to donate beef, pork, poultry products to reduce expenses by utilizing donations.
