Veronica Benton, MS

I manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations with a fair, people-first approach, helping leaders build strong teams, reduce risk, and create a healthy, high-performing workplace.

I am an HR leader with deep experience building people systems from the ground up, improving culture in complex environments, and guiding organizations through change. My background spans employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leadership coaching, compliance, safety programs, and HRIS and payroll implementation. I have worked across industries including cannabis, agriculture, hospitality, and consulting, where I strengthened policies, reduced risk, led training, and partnered with executives to align people strategy with business needs. My approach centers on integrity, empathy, and creating workplaces where both employees and leaders can succeed.

I hold a master’s degree in Human Resources, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership. My doctoral work strengthens my expertise in leadership, change management, workplace culture, and evidence-based HR practices.
