Experience

My journey began on the tennis courts of Greece, where my passion for the sport led me to compete at the highest levels, representing my country in the Davis Cup and the Olympics. After retiring at 28, I moved to the US and discovered my true calling in coaching. What started as a focus on sports evolved into a deep commitment to helping people grow in all areas of their lives. Today, as a certified professional life and mental performance coach, I combine my global experiences and my understanding of human behavior to guide others toward transformational change and their highest potential.

Education

My pursuit of growth and knowledge has shaped my coaching approach. I hold a PhD in Performance Psychology with a minor in Coaching & Leadership and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. I’ve also earned certifications from some of the most respected life coaching organizations and a teaching certification in meditation and mindfulness. This combination of academic study and practical training allows me to support my clients with a well-rounded, science-based approach to personal and professional transformation.
