Experience
I have experience in all areas of a plasma center from donor processing to plasma processing with main focus on phlebotomy in a donor floor. I was given the opportunity to travel all over the U.S and Africa to build teams and train individuals based on company SOP’s and quality control. I was offered an Operations Supervisor in Grifols where I was able to manage reactive plasma and paperwork following state regulations and SOP standards. I was also have experience as a PCS-2 tech and Nexys PCS tech.
